No. Precious Cargo (B-Rapt Apparel) Head Office and Showroom is located at Unit 1a / 658 Nerang Broadbeach Road, Carrara, in Queensland. It is a wholly owned and operated Australian company manufacturing since 1995.  For more information about us, click here.

2. Do you have a printed catalogue?

We have no printed catalogues available.  All of our products can be viewed and purchased from our Online Store.

3. In what currency are the prices shown?

All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST. You are encouraged to check the currency conversion for any item. Currency converter is conveniently located on every page of the Online Store.

4. What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa or Mastercard on our Online Store and all payments are processed via our server.  A small lock will appear on the right hand side of your bottom task bar indicating you are making payment through a secure server.

5. What is the easiest way to order from Precious Cargo?

6. What are the shipping costs?

A fee of AUD$7.50 for postage and packaging will be charged within Australia, and shipping to New Zealand will cost AUD$9.00, for a maximum weight of up to 500g. Thereafter items will be charged by weight of packaged items.

9. How many styles of Twisty Visor are there?

We have 10 different visors style and all, except the Whopper, are Twisty Visors.

10. Does the wire ever break?

To our knowledge, we have only ever been advised once of a wire breaking.

11. Are the Visors and Hats washable?

Yes, fully washable fabrics are used in all models. However, machine washing is not a good idea. Drip dry to maintain shape.

12. Are the Wet Weather Hats waterproof?

The floppy hats are water repellent and come with an elastic and toggle to fit any size head. The unique plastic filament in the outer edge of the brim gives a rigid shape to hold out from the neck and face. The bucket hats also have a water repellent outer shell. It is recommended that these hats should be left out to relax and dry after use.

13. What is the Summer Floppy?

This is the same model as the Wet Weather Floppy Hat, but in summer fabrics. Two layers of cotton and the unique plastic filament in the outer brim giving maximum protection from harsh summer weather.
